International Orders

-  Shipping fee is calculated at checkout

-  We are not responsible for duties or taxes charged by your country. 

 

Shipping within the US is discreet and does not have “Mivaness” or any other information visible on the packaging. All orders ship within 2 business days.

NOTE: Because of the recent COVID-19 restriction put on many US states, delivery times can be delayed. Our warehouses are following diligent safety precautions. There might be delays in shipping and customs services right now. While we will do everything we can to assist you, we  are not responsible for delays in receiving your package 

Our standard shipping is sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEX. We are not responsible for lost, damage, or delay caused by the carriers. All items returned back to us will be subject to a 15% restocking plus shipping fee if abandoned. Re-shipment of items require an additional $10 shipping charge for US orders and full payment of reshipping for international orders.

Mivaness is not liable for lost, or stolen packages. That said, please let us know if you don’t receive your package, and we will do everything in our power to help you track it down!
